The challenge

At the Client organization, the complexity of working in large, diverse enterprise environments became a significant challenge. As the company grew, so did the requirements for managing IT infrastructure, resulting in increased complexity of operations. The client approached us to simplify and streamline its operational practices and automate processes that were critical to maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

The solution

Our role was to provide end-to-end management and support for Kubernetes clusters on various platforms such as Azure, Azure Stack HCI and local clusters. We provided not only operational support, but also strategic advice on system architecture and solution design. Together with the Client’s team, we developed and implemented best practices that enabled efficient scaling of operations. Our activities also included integrating CI/CD processes and automating key infrastructure management tasks. In particular, we focused on adapting the Shift Left mentality, which allowed us to detect and solve problems earlier, right from the software development stage.

The conclusions

Thanks to our solutions, the Client has gained significant improvements in operational efficiency. We streamlined the processes of both operators and developers, which enabled more efficient management of large-scale infrastructure. Optimized cluster configuration and implementation of advanced automation processes contributed to a 30% increase in cluster performance, as well as increased service responsiveness.
