Sustainability in practice
Mentoring with IT Girls Foundation
We took part in a nationwide mentoring program organized by the IT Girls Foundation, supporting young women taking their first steps in the tech industry. Our team members shared their experience, helped build portfolios, and guided participants in developing their careers. For us, it’s more than mentoring – it’s about building a more open and equal tech world.
Target Gender Equality Accelerator Program
We joined the international Target Gender Equality Accelerator Program in collaboration with UN Global Compact Network Poland. As part of this initiative, we underwent an internal audit, implemented policies supporting equal opportunities, and launched employee education campaigns. We believe that diversity is a strength – socially and in business.
Earth Day – every day
To celebrate Earth Day, we decided to join forces and, despite the fact that we work from different corners of Poland (and even the world!) – to do something together for the planet. That’s how our “Feeling green” initiative was created, with each of us planting something green. In the first stage, we invited our team to sow or plant something that would remind us of this action every day. The results? Our employees’ desks and balconies bloomed with basil, mint, geraniums, ferns and honey plants. It’s a small gesture in the world, but a big step in building a responsible organizational culture.
